Never Give Up

Our pastors wife, Natalie Baker, when she was very
young, had signed up for Junior Bible Quiz. Once she
was in it, she realized that it was over her head
and she wanted to quit. Her father went to the
childrens pastor, Billy Burns, and told him that
his daughter wanted to quit the The Junior Bible
Quiz. Pastor Billy Burns said that if she quit the
The Junior Bible Quiz, she would also quit in the
future. She stayed with it. She became our Pastors,
wife, (Matt Baker), and had two children, both
girls. She lost the third child, a girl, while in
the womb, because the enemy was trying to kill her.
There was a prophet there at that time, who heard
the child say glory on her way to heaven, She won
the battle and had a fourth child, another girl. She
did not give up.
Job had a very bad day. He lost 10 children, 11,000 head of sheep, goats, oxen, and camels, He also was covered with boils, from his head to his feet. His wife told him to curse God and die. To all of this he said I know my redeemer lives and I will see Him. He did not give up. We all have times when we feel like giving up. We are struggling with an illness. Our spouse leaves us. We are going through hard times. We wonder if God sees our problems and does He even care about us? We are hurting and have thoughts about giving up on God. There are a lot of people who have been in worse conditions than us. They did not give up. We need to find a backbone, like the Marines that say man-up. The enemy is trying to destroy us, and we sometimes agree with him. We need to start agreeing with God, when He says do not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. We need to agree with our God in everything we do. We are over comers, because God is with us, if we let Him in, He will fight our battles for us. We must say I will do everything that God has put in my heart. I will finish the task that God has given me to do. His will, will be done in my life, in the name of Jesus. And I will say Amen, to everything God wants me to do, and I will not give up!
